Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp finely grated lime zest
- Simple Syrup:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Add ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth and serve!
- For firmer sorbet freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
- Simple syrup: in pan add sugar and water. bring to a boil and let cool.
